The Allies were the coordinated military forces of the United Kingdom, USSR, and the United States during World War 2.

The Allies emerged from World War 2.
There was significant early cooperation between the United States and the United Kingdom. However, the U.S. did not join the war declaration until the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.
The USSR had initially maintained neutrality with Germany. Operation Barbarossa led the USSR to join the Allies.
