The Office of People Analytics (OPA) is a DOD agency responsible for workforce analytics.


Composition

The office is overseen by the undersecretary of Personnel and Readiness. It is housed within DHRA and more specifically the Defense Personnel Analytics Center (DPAC).

History

The office was created in 2016 by pulling certain teams and specializations out of the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), which itself is also overseen by DHRA.
