Defense Human Resources Activity
The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) is a DOD agency responsible for acquisitions. It is now referred to as the Personnel Readiness Management Agency (PRMA).
Composition
The agency is overseen by the undersecretary of Personnel and Readiness.
The agency is led by a director.
The staff of the agency are organized into several offices including the office of the directory, the office of the comptroller, the office of the general counsel, and so on.

- Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (DCPAS)
Defense Personnel Analytics Center (DPAC), which itself is composed of OPA and the Office of the Actuary (OACT)
- Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC)
Note that DCPAS is responsible for most of the actual Human Resources work in the DHRA.
