Stata estimates

The estimates command is an interface to estimation results.

Usage

There are several subcommands to the estimates command.

Store

After fitting a model, try:

estimates store somename

The estimates can be accessed like:

estimates table somename

If a name is omitted from any estimates command, then the 'active' or 'latest' estimate results are used. Most commands allow multiple stored estimate results.

Stats

Try:

. webuse auto
(1978 automobile data)

. regress mpg weight displacement

Options exist to:

Table

Try:

. estimates table

. estimates table, star

Note that the output of estimates table depends strongly upon the estimate results being used.

. total weight
