Description
Danchi were constructed by JHC in the 1950s through 1970s. They have been compared to Khrushchevka. They are repeated tesselations of small housing units designed to be dense and cheap.
Residents are not expected to pay key money or contract renewal fees.
In the past, when these residences were in high demand, allocations were made on a lottery basis.
