The executive office is overseen by the TFI.
History
The executive office manages the Treasury Forfeiture Fund (TFF), the the receipt account for non-tax forfeitures. This includes assets from the Criminal Investigation Division of the IRS, as well as customs forfeitures and border seizures from CBP, ICE, and the Coast Guard.
