pdfjam(1) is a simple command line interface for the pdfpages package for LaTeX.

PDF Manipulation

To join PDF documents, try: 

pdfjam INPUT1 [INPUT2 ..] -o OUTPUT

Formerly a wrapper script pdfjoin(1) was available; upstream has deprecated use of such wrappers.
