Impact on other Excel features
The delimiter selected last for the Text to Columns wizard is applied to all text pasted into Excel.
For example, if the last-used delimiter was a space character, any text pasted into Excel will be parsed and split into columns according to each contiguous set of space characters. If the last-used delimiter is not present in text pasted into Excel, then Excel will populate a single column.
