High Representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina
Under the Dayton Agreement, the government of Bosnia and Herzegovina is overseen by a high representative from a foreign power. This position enjoys substantial power of the internal affairs of Bosnia-Herzegovina; it is effectively a viceroyalty.
